This year&#8217;s theme of securing a safe future fits well with this idea, says Prime Minister <\/span><b>Petteri Orpo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Orpo&#8217;s opening speech will lay the foundation for the event&#8217;s other discussions, which will address the safety theme, focusing on topics such as geopolitical safety, sustainable safety and economic safety. Speaking alongside Orpo at the opening ceremony will be former Italian Prime Minister <\/span><b>Enrico Letta<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. His <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">report on the EU\u2019s internal market, published in the spring, is one of three key reports that will guide the commission\u2019s agenda in the coming year.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This year&#8217;s theme for the Europe Forum is the secure future of Finland and Europe. The forum will feature over 30 discussions addressing the theme through various perspectives.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Europe Forum is Finland&#8217;s flagship event for European policy discussion, bringing together numerous politicians, influencers, and experts.
