The director of the European Centre for International Political Economy and respected economic expert Hosuk Lee-Makiyama will participate in this year’s Europe Forum on Thursday, August 29.

Lee-Makiyama will take part in a panel discussing the future of European competitiveness at a time when the business environment is undergoing significant changes. For example, the session will address concerns about innovations and new products and services moving to countries outside the EU.

As the director of the European Centre for International Political Economy, Lee-Makiyama has a unique perspective on international economics and trade policy. His insights shed light on the ways Europe is trying to maintain its competitiveness in the global economy.

The Europe Forum is Finland’s flagship event for European policy discussion, bringing together numerous politicians, influencers, and experts.
