Europe Forum 2025 will be held at the Turku City Theatre (Itäinen Rantakatu 14, 20800 Turku). The theatre is in a central location in Turku right by the Aura River, near the city centre’s hotels. It takes less than 15 minutes to walk from the market square to the theatre.

Please note that the construction site of the Turku Music Hall Fuuga next to the theatre may affect available traffic routes. Parking spaces nearby the theatre are subject to a fee and they may be partly out of use.

The theatre’s accessible parking spaces are located near the main entrance on Itäinen Rantakatu. Drop-off in front of the main entrance is via the direction of Martti. Stopping in front of the theatre is allowed, but parking is not permitted.

All venues used during the Europe Forum are fully accessible. Each auditorium includes designated wheelchair spaces.

The theatre halls are equipped with an IR audio transmission system. You can borrow a receiver from the lobby staff. The receiver includes a neck loop, also known as a local induction loop. The device must remain visible (not under clothing), and the user’s hearing aid should be set to the “T” position.

There is an accessible toilet for public use in the vestibule of the theatre’s main entrance and near the men’s toilet facilities in the lobby. The accessible toilet for Restaurant Viides näyttämö (Fifth Stage) is located on the basement level, which can be reached by lift from the restaurant lobby.

Event staff will be available to assist and guide participants.

If you have any questions about accessibility, please don’t hesitate to contact events@certia.fi.
