Venue

The Forum will be held at the Turku Arts Academy’s and Turku Conservatory’s facilities at the address Linnankatu 60, 20100, Turku. Speakers’ Corner will be arranged at Turku Market Square

There is a construction site near the premises of the Turku Arts Academy and the Conservatory, which affects traffic in the area. The entrance to each hall is from the Linnankatu side. Below is a picture of the venue and the entrances to the buildings.

Connections

The distance from Turku Market Square to Linnankatu 60 is approx. 2.3 km.

The Turku Conservatory can be easily reached by bus. Line number 1 (Market Square – Port) stop Veistämöntori is located in the immediate vicinity of the premises. If you arrive in Turku by bus or train from another city, you can take local transport to the Market Square, where you can change to bus line 1. Parking

There are plenty of parking opportunities along the streets near the facilities. However, please note when you arrive that in some places the parking time is limited to 30–60 minutes with a parking disc. The nearest larger parking area is in the yard of Merikeskus Forum Marinum, where the parking time is limited to 4 hours with a parking disk.

Event accessibility

In front of the entrance there is a stop for drop-off traffic and a number of disabled parking spaces.

There are event staff at the doors of the event to assist with entry.

In the Sigyn hall, four wheelchair spaces are marked at the top of the stand. Access from the lobby by elevator through the upper lobby.

There are also two wheelchair spaces in the Crichton Hall and the Köysiteatteri.
