How can I buy tickets to the event?
The event is free of charge for all participants. However, those wishing to attend the event must register in advance. Seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. All programmes will be streamed online and can be watched for free without registration. The link to livestreams will be available on the website during the event.

When can I register for the event?
Registration for the event will open in August 2026.

I would like to edit my registration, what should I do?
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. In the email, you will find an ‘edit your details’ button which allows you to update your details.

Where can I watch the livestream?
You may follow Europe Forum’s programme in real time through the event’s virtual platform. Links to the livestream will be available on this website during the event.

I have registered for the event, but I cannot attend. What should I do?
You may withdraw your registration through the confirmation email you received upon registration. Alternatively, you may also contact events@certia.fi. If you are unable to attend in person, you can follow the discussions on our virtual event platform, which will be linked onto this website.

How has accessibility been taken into account in your event?

Can I reserve a seat at the venue?
Seats at the venue will be allocated on a first come first served basis. It is therefore not possible to reserve seats in advance, except for speakers.

Can I find the discussions somewhere after the event?
Yes, all recordings will be uploaded onto Youtube after the event.

In which languages can I follow the programme?
Europe Forum has programme in Finnish, English and Swedish. All Finnish and Swedish programmes will be simultaneously interpreted into English. If you wish to listen to the interpretation live at the venue, please bring headphones and a smartphone or tablet to access the app for interpretation.
