Where and when will the Europe Forum take place?

The Europe Forum will be held at the Turku City Theatre on 28–30 August 2024.

Where can I find the Europe Forum’s programme?

The current programme can be found here. Please note that the organiser reserves the right to make changes.

How can I buy tickets to the event?

The event is free of charge for all participants. However, those wishing to attend the event must register in advance (here). Seats will be allocated on a first come first served basis. All events will be streamed online and can be watched without registration. The link to the live stream will be available on this website during the event.

When can I register for the event?

I would like to edit my registration, what do I do?

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. In the email, you will find an ‘edit your details’ button which will allow you to update your details.

Where can I watch the live broadcast?

You may follow the programme in real time via the virtual event platform. Alternatively, the website programme takes you directly to the right day and programme when you click the livestream-button above each programme. The programmes are divided according to the stages (The Little Stage, The Nook, The Lobby). You can easily switch between the different stages by clicking on the stage names located at the virtual event platform’s top bar.

I have registered for the event, but I cannot attend. What should I do?

Please contact aboaevents@certia.fi if you wish to cancel your registration. If you are unable to attend in person, you can follow the discussions on our virtual event platform.

How has accessibility been taken into account in your event?

Can I reserve a seat at the venue?

Seats at the venue will be allocated on a first come first served basis. It is therefore not possible to reserve seats in advance, except for speakers.

Can I find the discussions somewhere after the event?

Yes, you can. All recordings will be uploaded to Youtube after the event.

Can I follow the programme in English?

The Europe Forum has programme in Finnish, English and Swedish. Finnish and Swedish programme will be simultaneously interpreted into English.
