Attending the event

The Europe Forum will be held from 28–30 August 2024. All event content is free for participants.

How can I attend the event?

If you want to attend the event on-site, you must register. If you want to attend virtually, you can join the event platform to watch the live broadcast. During the event week, you can find the link here. You can attend the Speakers’ Corner event, which is fully open to everyone, without registering both on-site at the Turku Market Square and virtually on the event platform.

Registration

If you wish to attend the event on-site, you must register for the programme’s events. You can edit your registration details afterwards through the confirmation message send to your email address. If you wish to cancel your registration, contact [email protected]. You can watch the discussions on our virtual event platform if you are unable to attend in person.

Venues

The Forum will be held at the Turku Arts Academy’s and Turku Conservatory’s facilities at the address Linnankatu 60, 20100, Turku. Speakers’ Corner will be arranged at Turku Market Square

There is a construction site near the premises of the Turku Arts Academy and the Conservatory, which affects traffic in the area. The entrance to each hall is from the Linnankatu side. Below is a picture of the venue and the entrances to the buildings.

Accessibility

In front of the entrance there is a stop for drop-off traffic and a number of disabled parking spaces.

There are event staff at the doors of the event to assist with entry.

In the Sigyn hall, four wheelchair spaces are marked at the top of the stand. Access from the lobby by elevator through the upper lobby.

There are also two wheelchair spaces in the Crichton Hall and the Köysiteatteri.

There is staff at the event to assist and guide if necessary.
