Where and when will the Europe Forum be held?
The Europe Forum will be held in Turku from 28–30 August 2024. See the venues here.

Where can I find the Europe Forum’s programme?
You can always find the up-to-date programme here. Note that the organiser reserves the right to changes.

How do I buy tickets to the event?
The event is free for all participants. However, those wishing to attend the event must register in advance. The places will be filled in the order of registration. All the programme’s events are streamed and can be watched freely. The link to live broadcasts will appear here during the event.

I want to edit my registration, what do I do?
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. In the email, you will find an ‘edit your details’ button that allows you to update your details.

I have registered for the event, but I cannot attend after all. What should I do?
If you wish to cancel your registration, contact [email protected].
You can watch the discussions on our virtual event platform if you are unable to attend in person.

What should I bring with me when coming to the event?
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code. Bring the confirmation email to the event. The code is read at the venue and exchanged for an event pass. Remember to keep your pass with you throughout the event.

How has accessibility been taken into account in your event?

Can I reserve a seat at the venue for myself?
Seats at the venue will be filled in the order of arrival, and unfortunately it is not possible to reserve seats in advance, with the exception of performers.

Can I watch the discussions after the event?
Yes. All recordings will be uploaded to Youtube after the event.
